Civil Project Engineer

Civil Project Engineer Residential Buildings | Dubai

We are looking for a motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Site Engineer in residential building projects and 12 years of hands-on experience as a Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site civil works, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and specifications

Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labour; coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment

Enforce quality and safety standards in compliance with Dubai Municipality codes

Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

Prepare project reports, technical submittals, and maintain documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, materials, and processes

Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software

Excellent English communication skills
