Join Our Team as a Civil Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Client and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on EMAAR Properties projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
