All civil works for the 380kV substation (piling, foundations, control/relay building, GIS/AIS bays, cable trenches, roads, drainage, fencing, grounding trenches) executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications and SEC/NGC standards.
Accurate setting-out of equipment foundations, structures, trenches and site levels verified against survey benchmarks and design coordinates prior to construction.
Concrete pours, reinforcement, formwork, backfilling and compaction inspected and signed off through ITPs; non-conformances raised and closed through NCR process.
Daily supervision of civil subcontractor crews and equipment, with productivity, workmanship and resource levels monitored against the approved program.
Daily/weekly civil progress, manpower and material records maintained and reported accurately to the Site/Project Manager, feeding the overall project schedule.
Concrete, steel, soil and backfill material tests coordinated with the site laboratory and testing agency, with results verified against specification limits.
Civil interfaces with electrical, mechanical and grounding works coordinated to avoid clashes and to support the overall construction sequence and handover milestones.
As-built drawings, inspection records, test certificates and redlines compiled and handed over accurately to support project close-out and client acceptance.
