Role Description The Civil Site Technical Engineer/Supervisor role at Jobsomega is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves supervising daily civil site activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring work is executed according to structural and civil engineering standards. The professional in this position will monitor quality control, review drawings and specifications, oversee contractors and site staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include reporting project progress, addressing technical issues on site, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications

Strong civil engineering background, with practical experience relevant to Civil Engineers and Structural Engineering.
Demonstrated on-site supervision capabilities, including hands-on On Site coordination of construction activities.
Proficiency in Quality Control practices for civil works, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
Effective Communication skills for working with project managers, contractors, clients, and site teams.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in site management in commercial or infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, prepare site reports, and use basic project and productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work under time and resource constraints.
