We are looking for an experienced
Civil Supervisor with a strong background in
Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have over
10 years of experience in supervising civil works, preferably within ADNOC or similar environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other site staff.
- Review drawings and plans, and report any discrepancies.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and company HSE guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Previous ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, and safety practices.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
