Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and experienced Class Teacher for our Kindergarten and Lower Primary stage. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing environment that supports both the academic and personal development of young learners while embracing interactive, child-centered teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in core subjects (Math, English, Science).
Establish a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Use diverse teaching techniques to meet individual learning needs.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Plan, organize, and participate in school events and activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure a cohesive academic experience.
Maintain clear classroom routines and behavior management practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Early Childhood Education preferred).
Previous teaching experience in KG or Lower Primary (minimum 2 years preferred).
Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, nurturing, and student-focused teaching style.
Familiarity with the Egyptian curriculum and/or international early years standards is an advantage.
