Job Description

Role Summary

We are adopting Claude Cowork to help our team work faster and smarter, and we need someone to lead that rollout. As our Claude Cowork Enablement Trainer, you will onboard staff, run training, and build practical workflows so people across the business can confidently use Claude Cowork in their day-to-day work. You don't need to be a coder — you need to be great at teaching, spotting useful use cases, and helping people build new habits. Your goal is simple: get every team member comfortable and productive with the tool, and measurably lift the quality and speed of our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and onboarding of Claude Cowork across teams and departments.
  • Train staff of all skill levels through workshops, hands-on sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Identify high-value use cases for each team (e.g. reports, proposals, scheduling, documentation, admin) and turn them into repeatable workflows.
  • Build and maintain practical resources: quick-start guides, prompt templates, checklists, and short how-to videos.
  • Run regular office hours and drop-in support so people can get unstuck quickly.
  • Champion best practices and help staff move from basic use to confident, everyday use.
  • Track adoption and impact — usage, time saved, output quality — and report results to leadership.
  • Gather feedback from users and act as the bridge between the team and any tooling or IT decisions.
  • Ensure responsible and secure use in line with company policy (data handling, confidentiality, review of AI output).
  • Stay current on new Claude Cowork features and update training and workflows accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training, learning & development, enablement, or change management.
  • Comfortable using AI assistants / large language models (Claude, or similar) in real work.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain new tools clearly to non-technical people.
  • Ability to design simple, repeatable workflows and clear documentation.
  • Patient, encouraging coaching style and the ability to build buy-in.
