Cleaning Supervisor

Mandatory: Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in a catering company, central kitchen, food service company, hotel, or similar food-service environment.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cleaning supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.

Experience supervising and managing cleaning teams.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling procedures.

Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prepare schedules, checklists, and basic reports.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by catering operations.
