Role Overview
The Client Acquisition Architect is responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing high-value clients across events, experiential activations, digital solutions, and marketing. This role is both strategic and hands-on blending intelligence, relationship mastery, and market insight to bring new business into BlackTape's ecosystem.
You will design, build, and oversee the acquisition pipeline, ensuring BlackTape partners with brands, institutions, and leaders who align with our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition strategies to bring new event and marketing clients to BlackTape.
Build high-value relationships with decision-makers, brand managers, CMOs, agencies, and corporate stakeholders.
Conduct market mapping, research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry shifts.
Lead outreach campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, in-person, networking events, referrals).
Pitch BlackTape's capabilities, creative divisions, and unique end-to-end production model with clarity and authority.
Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to shape proposals, presentations, and client narratives.
Maintain a healthy pipeline with measurable progress and revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts, budgets, and scopes in alignment with BlackTape's premium standards.
Represent BlackTape at meetings, conferences, trade events, and strategic gatherings.
Provide periodic reporting on performance, pipeline, insights, and market trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, account acquisition, partnerships, or sales (37 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand creative, digital, and production environments.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance, detail-driven culture.
Strong research capabilities and market awareness.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
