Client Acquisition Executive - Russian Language

We are looking for a Sales Executive at The Visa Services Company. You will be a key ambassador of our company, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

▫ Responsibilities:

* Identifying and prospecting potential customers: Research and target new clients, businesses, or industries to expand the company's customer base.

* Building and maintaining relationships: Establish strong rapport with existing clients and nurture long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

* Negotiating contracts and closing deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements and achieve sales targets.

* Meeting sales targets: Set and achieve sales goals, regularly monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to overcome challenges.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, product enhancements, and after-sales service.

* Providing exceptional customer service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

▫ Qualifications:

* Russian speakers only.

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Previous experience is sales, contact center or customer support.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and government officials.

* Strong attention to details and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
