We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help drive new business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clientsmainly through LinkedIn. You will focus on generating qualified leads, building strong relationships, and introducing Restart's services to prospects. This role works closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and contribute directly to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn search tools, market research, and networking strategies.

Outreach & Engagement: Create personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn InMail, direct messages, and connection requests.

Needs Assessment: Understand prospects challenges and match their needs with Restart's services.

Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication and nurture qualified leads to build strong potential partnerships.

Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and movement through the sales funnel.

Collaboration: Align with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies and messaging.

Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, response rate, and conversion rate and report performance regularly.

Networking: Engage in LinkedIn groups and industry discussions to expand brand presence.

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in using LinkedIn for lead generation and client outreach.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience using CRM systems.

Ability to conduct market and client research.

Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet KPIs.
