Role Description

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and guidance for their real estate needs. Day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored investment advice, coordinating property viewings, assisting with rentals and sales agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Client Relations, with a focus on building lasting relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Insurance concepts related to real estate investments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to company guidelines and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and Arabic, is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in the UAE real estate market or knowledge of regional properties is a strong advantage.
