Client Advisor

We are seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our boutique in Riyadh. The Client Advisor will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting jewellery pieces, achieving sales targets, handling inquiries, and resolving customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is an exciting on-site role within a luxury retail environment.

• Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills to create lasting connections and deliver superior experiences
• Ability to meet and exceed Customer Satisfaction standards with a focus on personalized service
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients
• Experience in handling Insurance processes related to luxury goods is an advantage
• Passion for luxury retail and a deep appreciation for fine jewellery and design
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• A background in sales or retail, particularly in luxury or jewellery sectors, is preferred
