The house
Tariq Riaz is a fine jewellery house based in Abu Dhabi. The work is built around mechanism: pieces that adjust, articulate and sit correctly on the body, including our AbrazoFit™ system. We are opening our showroom and exhibit internationally.
The role
You will be the first person a client meets, both on the showroom floor and at our exhibitions abroad. This is a selling role, but it carries real operational responsibility: stock accuracy, invoicing and order tracking sit with you.
Responsibilities
- Sell in the showroom and at international exhibitions
- Manage inventory: daily counts, reconciliation against records, secure handling and movement of stock
- Issue invoices, process payments and maintain accurate sales records
- Track client orders from confirmation through production to delivery, including bespoke commissions
- Keep clients informed at meaningful production stages
- Travel to exhibitions: prepare stock in and out, set up and break down display, reconcile on return
- Maintain the client record with accuracy and discretion
Requirements
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Minimum 3 years selling fine or high jewellery, in a flagship showroom or a major mall boutique
- Confident explaining construction, stone quality and finishing to a client
- Accurate with numbers: inventory reconciliation, invoicing, payment handling
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally, including at short notice
- Discretion. Client information stays inside the house.
Preferred
- Arabic, spoken and written
- Experience with GCC clients
- Familiarity with bespoke or commission-based selling
