Client Coordination Assistant Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Client Coordination Assistant to support communication with clients and ensure smooth coordination across ongoing activities.

This role is suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing client-related workflows.

What you will be working on

Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams

Managing schedules, updates, and follow-ups

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions

Supporting onboarding and ongoing client activities
