We need Experienced Client Coordinator (minimum 1-2 years experience in company formation/business setup) with sound knowledge in Mainland/Free Zone and Offshore Company Setups in the UAE.
Preferably Filipina with own or spouse visa.
Key Accountabilities:
Process all transactions with the highest quality (no errors), ensuring internal procedures are followed.
Communicate Freezone government entities (local & federal) processes and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for processing freezone transactions relating to visas, permits, license registration in compliance with UAE government authorities.
Coordinate with our Corporate Advisors and the Operations Department to ensure smooth documentation process.
Providing administrative support as needed
Making professional phone calls and constant follow up with clients.
Manage client portfolio
Act as a mediator between the clients and the organization.
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent client service
