Role Overview

This role supports client engagement, internal coordination, and operational execution across events, HR support, and client onboarding. The position requires structured communication, process discipline, and comfort handling regulatory documentation in a DIFC-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Events

  • Conduct outbound client calls for event invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Support client activation initiatives and maintain accurate call and response records.
  • Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors as required.

Client Onboarding & KYC Support

  • Collect, review, and organize client KYC and onboarding documentation.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve documentation gaps and follow up on pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure onboarding completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain orderly records in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Assist in initial candidate screening and documentation collation.
  • Support onboarding formalities for new hires, including document tracking and internal coordination.

Administrative & Coordination Duties

  • Maintain trackers for clients, events, candidates, and onboarding status.
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 13 years of relevant experience in client coordination, operations, administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling documentation and follow-ups.
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to interact with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a regulated financial-services environment.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to Operations / Management (as assigned).

Work Environment

  • Corporate based role with interaction across Compliance, Operations, HR, and Business teams.
