The Role
Vault is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients who have made an inbound enquiry regarding our wealth management services through digital channels or marketing campaigns. This is a full time office based role in Abu Dhabi (ADGM).
The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for professionally handling warm inbound enquiries, conducting an initial fact-find and suitability screening, and arranging meetings for Vault's licensed Wealth Advisors. The role will not involve any cold calling and is a strictly non advisory role.
The successful candidate will be naturally inquisitive, resilient and composed with the ability to think quickly and the determination to sales qualify a high volume of leads on a daily basis. The position is critical to ensuring that prospective clients receive an accurate, compliant, and professional introduction to Vault and its services.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound telephone, email, and digital enquiries from prospective clients
- Conduct structured initial conversations to understand a prospect's circumstances, objectives, and general investment requirements.
- Perform preliminary qualification and suitability screening in line with Vault's internal policies and ADGM regulatory expectations
- Clearly articulate Vault's services, client proposition, and advisory process without providing regulated financial advice
- Arrange meetings for Vault's licensed Wealth Advisors and ensure a thorough, accurate handover of client information
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system
- Ensure all communications are conducted in a compliant, fair, and transparent manner
- Adhere to internal procedures relating to data protection, record-keeping, and client confidentiality
- Support the Wealth Advisory team by ensuring only appropriately qualified prospects are progressed
- Meet agreed service standards relating to responsiveness, quality of engagement, and documentation
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
- Naturally inquisitive with the confidence to engage with inbound prospects
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms
- Prior experience in a client-facing, sales or relationship management role within, wealth management, banking or insurance is advantageous.
