Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in New Cairo, is tailored for those passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a professional and wellness-oriented environment. As a Client Experience Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, booking appointments, coordinating client schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit. You will collaborate with medical professionals, handle client feedback, and maintain the highest standards of customer care to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience; degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization,
• Problem-solving, customer-service, sales, and data-entry skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Schedule & Benefits: 4 days on / 3 days off • 9:30 AM–9:30 PM
