Client Experience Agent (Pharmacist - Biotechnologist - Scientist)

• Role Description The Client Experience Agent (Pharmacists-Scientists) is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics in New Cairo. This role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through their treatment journey, and ensuring a seamless, informed, and comfortable experience from check-in to post-treatment follow-up.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining procedures and products using clear, evidence-based information (Medical) , answering client questions, coordinating with medical staff, and supporting treatment adherence and aftercare.
• The Client Experience Agent will help maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, manage client feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes. The role also involves promoting clinic services ethically, reinforcing safety and quality standards, and representing Groovy's commitment to professionalism and client well-being.
• QualificationsBackground in pharmacy or life sciences (e.g., Pharmacist, Scientist, or related field), with strong knowledge of medical and aesthetic treatments.
• Client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain scientific concepts in clear, accessible language and build trust with diverse clients.
• Experience working in clinical, spa, or healthcare environments, with familiarity in working alongside doctors and medical staff.
• Organizational and administrative abilities, such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating client flow in a busy setting.
• Attention to detail and adherence to medical standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
• Professional demeanor, empathy, and a strong commitment to client comfort, satisfaction, and ethical care.
• Ability to work full time on-site in New Cairo, with flexibility for clinic hours and peak periods.
• Proficiency in relevant languages for the client base (e.g., Arabic and English) and basic computer skills for clinic systems.
