Job Title: Client Experience Ambassador

Location: Sharjah

Type: Direct hire

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Education: Bachelor's degree

Industry: Business set up / Freezone

Key Responsibility:

  • Welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests with the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality
  • Assist clients with queries related to business licenses, renewals, amendments, and company setup.
  • Guide clients through the portal for applications, submissions, and updates.
  • Prepare proforma invoices and process client payments accurately.
  • Maintain a daily Walk-In Tracker for every client interaction and service provided.
  • Manage the Queue Management System to ensure minimal client wait time and smooth flow of walk-ins.
  • Provide correct and complete information about company services and procedures.
  • Ensure all client documents and transactions are handled in compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Licensing, Finance, Legal, PRO Services) to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Handle client escalations professionally; log all escalations in the Escalation App and follow up until resolution.
  • Perform due diligence in every case to maintain service accuracy and integrity.
  • Take client feedback post-service and encourage clients to share their experiences through Google Reviews.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and share improvement ideas with management.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and consistent adherence to company standards in communication and presentation.
  • Handle document receipt, dispatch, and courier coordination to ensure timely delivery and record maintenance.
  • Use Zoho Desk to assign or escalate client tickets to the appropriate departments within the defined SLA.
  • Support the department with administrative functions and any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
  • Promote and upsell FZ+ and other value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth opportunities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company services, packages, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate information sharing.
  • Handle sensitive or complex client situations with tact and professionalism, escalating appropriately when required.
