We are looking for an Accountant with strong hands-on accounting experience in the Saudi retail and F&B market. The Full-Stack Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting operations for a portfolio of clients using Rewaa's accounting platform. This role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and proactive financial guidance while leveraging technology and AI to deliver efficient, high-quality accounting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned clients.
- Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure VAT compliance, prepare tax filings, and support ZATCA requirements.
- Communicate with clients to collect missing information and resolve accounting issues.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Saudi accounting standards.
- Utilize Rewaa's accounting platform and AI tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience with VAT regulations and Saudi accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- SOCPA membership or certification.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience working in an accounting firm or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Familiarity with retail, F&B, or SME businesses.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity or accounting tools.
- Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
- Experience with financial advisory or business performance analysis.
