Role Description The Client Hunter role is a full-time, remote position responsible for generating qualified opportunities through proactive outbound calling and targeted prospecting. In this role, you will research and identify potential clients, conduct structured cold calls, and engage prospects in brand-aligned conversations that uncover needs and decision-making timelines. You will qualify leads based on defined criteria, document interactions in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities to sales closers. Daily activities include managing call lists, refining outreach messaging based on performance data, and consistently meeting or exceeding activity and conversion targets. You will represent client brands with professionalism and clarity, contributing to predictable pipeline growth and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation, with the ability to turn initial conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Experience in prospecting, pipeline building, and using CRM or sales engagement tools to manage and track outreach activities.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal presentation, active listening, and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Capability to qualify prospects effectively by understanding business needs, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet performance targets, handle rejection professionally, and maintain consistent outreach volume.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment, with reliable internet access and strong time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in sales development, telemarketing, or business development is highly beneficial; experience in B2B or competitive industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with structured calling scripts and data-driven optimization of outreach; willingness to follow processes while providing thoughtful feedback for improvement.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability when representing client brands in external conversations.
