Our Mission
We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefiting society.
The Role
Board Intelligence partners with boards and senior executives across listed, public sector, and large private organisations. As we expand into the GCC, we are making our first commercial hires in the region to establish and grow our presence in KSA and the wider GCC market.
We are seeking a Client Liaison Executive to support our Sales Director in Dubai and Associate Director as we build momentum in the region. This is an entry level yet pivotal role at an early stage of market entry. You will ensure that every inbound enquiry and emerging opportunity in the GCC is handled with pace, professionalism and commercial awareness.
You will often be the first point of contact for senior stakeholders in KSA and the wider GCC. Your role will be to create a confident and credible first impression, coordinate meetings with precision, and provide structured support to the sales team as they develop strategic relationships across the region, as well as supporting in person event preparation and follow-up.
This is an opportunity to join at the start of our GCC journey and help lay the operational and client experience foundations for long term growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries across KSA and the GCC, including email, website forms, referrals, events and partner introductions.
- Respond promptly and professionally, qualifying needs and identifying the appropriate next step in partnership with the Sales Director and Associate Director.
- Ensure every prospective client receives a high quality and culturally attuned experience that reflects our brand and values.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones, booking directly into the diaries of the regional sales team with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support structured outreach into priority sectors in KSA and the wider GCC, coordinating follow up and campaign activity.
- Assist with drafting introductory emails, follow up messages, call notes and tailored communications for senior stakeholders.
- Track engagement from events, roundtables, webinars and partner activity across the region, helping convert interest into qualified meetings.
- Maintain clear communication with Dubai based colleagues to ensure opportunities are progressed consistently and nothing is missed.
- Provide proactive support to the Sales Director and Associate Director as they build strategic relationships in KSA and the GCC.
- Anticipate upcoming needs in the sales cycle, ensuring briefing materials, background notes and follow up actions are prepared in advance.
- Support coordination of complex engagements involving multiple stakeholders, including Chairs, CEOs, board members and governance leaders.
- Maintain excellent CRM discipline, ensuring all regional activity, notes and next steps are accurately recorded.
- Provide weekly reporting on inbound volumes, meeting conversion, pipeline progression and follow up timelines across the GCC.
- Work closely with Marketing and Revenue colleagues to refine messaging, strengthen handovers and improve conversion from interest to booked meetings in a new market.
- Contribute to establishing scalable processes and standards for our GCC operations as the team grows.
