We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Officer to manage key customer relationships and support government-contract follow-up.
Job Description
The successful candidate will act as an interface between clients/end-users and internal teams while ensuring effective communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with clients and end-users.
- Support follow-up of government and institutional contracts.
- Coordinate client requests internally.
- Monitor client satisfaction.
- Support client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain client action trackers.
- Follow up contractual and operational actions.
- Coordinate internally with Business Development and operational departments.
- Identify and escalate client concerns.
- Support long-term relationship development.
Qualifications
- Previous Client Relations, Account Management or Business Development experience.
- Experience dealing with UAE government or institutional customers preferred.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder-management capability.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Experience within defence, aerospace, government contracting or industrial markets is highly advantageous.
