Role Description

The Client Relations Specialist- 2-3 years of experiencerole is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The individual will manage client inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure a seamless Client experience. Key responsibilities include addressing Client concerns, maintaining communication with clients, coordinating service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient support. The role requires working closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively and enhance overall Client experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Service and Client Support to address and resolve client needs effectively.
• Strong understanding and application of Client Experience and Client Satisfaction principles to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams confidently and professionally.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly advantageous.
