Job Description

  • Managing incoming/outgoing calls to the Hotline, email, and social media inquiries with a professional, and positive attitude to reflect Travco properties high standards.
  • Handling issues by following predefined scripts, advising appropriate actions, and redirecting or escalating certain cases to the concerned parties or departments to resolve them.
  • Identifying potential sales leads and forwarding them to the Sales Dept.
  • Working on the CRM system to maintain updated records with customer queries and complaints
  • Following CRM procedures, guidelines, and policies regarding the day-to-day tasks and any future assigned tasks.
  • Notifying clients with the finances needed to be settled or collected (Delay penalty Maintenance etc.

Requirements

  • Education: BSc in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 1 3 years of experience.
  • Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. Presentation skills
  • Abilities & Attitude: Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English Proficient in CRM system is a plus
