About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will assist clients throughout the onboarding process and manage relationships with both clients and partners. You will educate clients on using the company's trading platforms and products, proactively contact them to promote services, and handle incoming queries. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of communications, research regional business opportunities, ensure KPIs are met, support various departments, manage your workflow, and undertake any additional tasks required for job success

What We're Looking For:

  • Assist clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Relationship management with new and existing clients
  • Relationship management with new and existing Partners
  • Educate clients on how to use the company's trading platforms and products
  • Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company's products and services
  • Assisting with incoming queries from clients by telephone and email
  • Entering and maintaining detailed and accurate records of your communication with clients on the company's systems
  • Researching regional business opportunities
  • Ensuring all KPI's are met
  • Supporting and assisting with all departments as required
  • Organizing and managing personal workflow
  • All the additional ones the company might require for the successful development of the job

Qualifications:

  • Fluent Urdu/Hindi speaker
  • Business Professional in verbal and written English
  • Excellent communication and written skills, as well as attention to detail
  • At least one year of experience in the Forex industry in a similar role
  • Client-focused with excellent customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Essential:

  • Willing to work on a shift-based working schedule
  • Willing to work in a regulated environment and observe the guidelines set by the relevant governing body
  • A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
