Client Relationship Manager

Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with partners, donors, community organizations, and other stakeholders. This role involves maintaining regular communication, responding to inquiries, and ensuring stakeholders are updated on programs, campaigns, and impact. The Client Relationship Manager will coordinate virtual meetings, prepare reports and presentations, track commitments, and support partnership agreements and follow-ups. The role also includes identifying new collaboration opportunities, collecting feedback to improve stakeholder engagement, and working closely with program and communications teams to align messaging and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Client relationship and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and handle diverse stakeholder needs.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and culturally sensitive engagement with communities and partners.
• Organizational and coordination skills, including time management, meeting coordination, documentation, and accurate record-keeping of stakeholder interactions.
• Basic digital and remote work skills, including proficiency with email, office productivity tools, virtual meeting platforms, and online collaboration tools.
• Interest or experience in public health, community development, or nonprofit work, ideally with an understanding of health promotion or noncommunicable diseases.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with a diverse, youth-led team.
• Relevant education or training in fields such as public health, social sciences, communications, or project management is an asset, but equivalent experience is also valued.
• Prior experience in client service, partnership development, or community engagement is beneficial but not strictly required for motivated candidates willing to learn.
