Due to exceptional growth, USEO is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our digital marketing agency within the Client Services team. In

this role, you will own digital strategies and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients, with a clear focus on retention, growth, and performance. You will work closely with our in-house technical delivery teams across performance channels to ensure strategies are executed effectively and campaigns are delivered clearly, consistently, and to a high standard. your clients business goals and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high impact, results driven strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Own client relationships end-to-end across the GCC, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Lead strategic conversations with clients, understanding business goals and translating them into strong digital marketing strategies.

Work closely with in-house delivery teams (Paid Media, SEO, Social, Creative, Web) to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.

Operate in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.

Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling, contributing directly to revenue performance.

Lead performance updates, strategic recommendations, QBRs, and in-person client meetings.

Proactively manage client satisfaction, identifying risks early and solving problems quickly.

Stay up to date with platform changes and digital trends to continuously add value to clients.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a client-facing role ideally within a digital marketing or performance agency (Client RM, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager etc.).

Strong understanding of the full digital marketing stack (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, GEO, CRO, Analytics, AI). Hands-on execution is not required, but strategic knowledge is essential.

Confident communicator who can build strong relationships and lead senior-level client discussions.

Commercial mindset with a passion for growing accounts and delivering results.

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.

Experience working with CRM and project management tools.

Valid driving license is mandatory and ability to attend face-to-face client meetings across the UAE.
