Client Rep - Project Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The role will be responsible to ensure the successful implementation of the offshore Civil construction project. The responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that construction work aligns with the actual plan and highest standards of quality and luxury with the given timeline.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Senior Projects Manager to coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.

Team Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.

Contract Administration: Assist in the administration of contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and meet quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure that construction activities meet the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

Risk Management: Collaborate in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks associated with offshore construction projects, reporting findings to the Senior Projects Manager.

Client Interaction: Support the Senior Projects Manager in client communication, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, preparing progress reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Projects Manager in luxury hotel and ultra-luxury villa construction, preferably with offshore projects experience.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC, construction management processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging offshore environment.

Minimum Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in luxury hotel and villa construction or offshore projects.

Familiarity with construction management processes, techniques, and best practices.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
