Job Opening: Client Service Advisor – Temporary | Dubai

Location: Dubai Design District

Contract Type: 3-6 months temporary contract (Immediate Joiner)

Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (1-hour break), 5 days/week

We are seeking a Client Service Advisor to join a leading luxury retail Client Care team, delivering exceptional service and a premium client experience. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve client issues, provide product guidance, and ensure seamless service.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver memorable experiences aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Collaborate with boutique and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent client care.
• Maintain high-quality service standards, demonstrating trust, empathy, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience: Inbound calls / customer service experience; background in luxury retail, online retail, or premium customer service centers preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, client handling, problem-solving, and customer service excellence.
• Languages: Arabic & English
