Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their queries related to account issues, trading, and platform functionality.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with the Capital.com platform.
  • Platform Guidance: Assist clients in navigating and utilizing the platform, helping them with trading setup, deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the platform, trading systems, and account functionalities, and escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Assistance: Assist clients with documentation requests (e.g., KYC verification), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on platform features, trading tools, market conditions, and risk management to enhance their trading experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and report common concerns or issues to the management team for potential system improvements or service enhancements.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on open tickets or unresolved issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference and audits.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role, preferably in a financial services or trading environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), and experience with CRM software or ticketing systems. Familiarity with trading platforms and financial products (stocks, CFDs, etc.) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms. Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach to service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Language Skills:
    • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
    • Arabic speaker preferred
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, such as KYC, AML, and GDPR.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on client needs.
