Main Responsibilities
1. Provide client servicing support which includes but is not limited to:
· Collating, checking and maintaining client KYC documents and other related information as required under the respective policies;
· Communicating with clients to collect and verify their personal, financial, investment or other details;
· Preparing and ensuring satisfactory completion of client onboarding documentation;
· Managing, organising and filing clients documentation;
· Preparing and distributing client activity reports and up-to-date position statements.
2. Provide fund administration support which includes but is not limited to:
· Liaising / following up with service providers to coordinate compliance reviews;
· Incorporating new investment entities and setting up new bank accounts / new entities;
· Preparing subscription documents for new placements;
· Collating corporate secretarial documents and instructing service providers to perform share allotments / transfers;
· Tracking fund-level invoices and preparing payments requests for approval;
· Overseeing preparation of fund-level accounts, tax assessments, AGM preparation and annual returns filings to satisfy statutory and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with other team members on the above responsibilities to ensure a seamless client experience and build / maintain strong client satisfaction / retention, repeat business and referrals;
4. Support the team with any ad hoc expense claims, billing / invoicing, reporting, scheduling, event coordination and other office-related or administrative tasks / activities;
5. Contribute ideas to improve processes and updates in internal SOP documents.

Required Experience / Qualifications
1. Education – Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred;
2. Technical Skills – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), familiarity with ERP / CRM systems (Xero, Salesforce, Hubspot), familiarity with Singapore corporate secretarial activities;
3. Prior Experience – 3-5 years relevant experience in client servicing and/or fund administration roles in financial or professional services industry (wealth management or private banking desirable).
