Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Client Servicing Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. The role involves addressing customer concerns, providing timely solutions, and delivering high-quality service while working collaboratively with internal teams to meet clients needs and support their business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and nurture professional relationships
• Proficiency in problem-solving and managing client inquiries effectively
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within the financial or consulting sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
