Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for achieving sales, follow the established sales strategy by the management, focusing on business development, account management and team support to achieve growth objectives and enhance clients relationships.

The position reports to the Head of Sales. In the growing environment of the newly created Sukoon's subsidiary the position will be in charge of (i) generating new business by enrolling companies under Go Saver scheme in DIFC and mainland (ii) managing the enrolled companies and their employees and (iii) continuously contributing to the enhancement of their journey in Go Saver.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Relationship Management:

  • Establish, cultivate strong relationships with HR, CFOs and CEO/SEOs across various markets where the company operates in.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly while educating them about our services.

2. Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, showcasing SWSS value proposition and services in coordination with the Head of Sales.

3. Sales Performance Reporting:

  • Support Head of Sales in generating and analyzing sales performance reports and pipeline data.

4. New Business Development :

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring timely and effective closure of deals aligned with SWSS growth objectives.

5. Client relationship management :

  • Provide a high-quality service to enrolled companies and their employees ensuring a smooth client journey.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders ensuring system enhancements are delivered in a timely manner whenever raised.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • More than five years of experience in sales and managing high value customer relationships.
  • Experience within a DIFC environment is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in negotiating with senior management stakeholders.
