Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Customer Support Agents located in Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering timely support. Additionally, the agents will troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective communication to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive and engaging customer experience.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
