About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Intern to support our restaurant partners across chat, phone, and email, ensuring fast and accurate issue resolution.

High-performing interns may be considered for a potential full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed.
  • Document cases accurately in CRM tools.
  • Maintain queue stability and meet response timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Operations).

Requirments

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to manage real-time client conversations with professionalism.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tickets while meeting response time targets.
  • High accuracy in documentation and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment
