Job Purpose:

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering exceptional partner experiences across events and magazine activations. This role is responsible for coordinating pre event preparations, supporting on-site execution, and overseeing all post-event deliverables to ensure partners receive full value as per their agreements. Working closely with internal teams including multimedia, social media, editorial, and event operations, as well as external clients and venue partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with multimedia, social media teams, presenters, and clients to align timelines, content, and expectations.

Schedule and manage the publication of social media posts, articles, interviews, and other deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Finalize content and briefing materials, confirming message alignment and quality output across all teams and clients.

Manage event logistics, registrations, access approvals, and on-ground support to ensure seamless participation and positive client experiences.

Oversee partner deliverables, including branding, speaking opportunities, booths, gifts, panels, venue access, social media exposure, and onsite visibility, ensuring full compliance with agreements and maximizing value.

Liaise with internal teams to prepare briefing documents, trackers, and post-event reports to streamline workflows, enhance coordination, and maintain accurate reporting for audits.

Supervise on-site podcasts, interviews, and real-time content capture to guarantee smooth execution and optimal partner visibility.

Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure all pending deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Collect post-event materials, proofs, and coverage links to complete reporting, maintain transparency, and support media and internal reporting processes.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Professional Certification in event management or client relations are an advantage.

2 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, event coordination, or partnership management.

Experience working with media, events, or marketing agencies is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
