Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and handle budgeting. Responsibilities include coordinating with medical professionals, implementing staff training programs, and maintaining high standards of clinic performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Background in Medicine or healthcare management
• Skills in Training staff and team management
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a clinic management role is a plus
