Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Barsha Branch Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This role includes supervising administrative and clinical support staff, managing schedules, and coordinating patient flow to minimize wait times. The Clinic Manager monitors budgets and resource allocation, supports compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies, and maintains accurate records and reporting. Daily responsibilities also involve addressing patient concerns, supporting quality improvement initiatives, facilitating staff training, and collaborating with medical professionals to optimize service delivery.

• Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses and resource planning.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and external partners.
• Foundational understanding of medicine or clinical workflows to support medical teams and operations.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance support within a healthcare or service environment.
• Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Proficiency with clinic management software and basic office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.
