We are looking for an experienced
Clinic Operations Manager to lead the launch and operations of a
luxury, female-focused outpatient wellness clinic in Riyadh. This role is responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, client experience, and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-end client experience
- Ensure compliance with MOH, SCFHS, and NPHIES regulations
- Manage clinic performance, KPIs, and P&L
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Act as the face of the clinic and manage client relationships
- Coordinate with HQ, marketing, and support functions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Hospitality, or related field 5+ years of experience in luxury wellness, medical spa, or outpatient clinics
- Strong leadership, client relations, and operational management skills
- English fluency required; Arabic preferred
