The Operations Manager is responsible for orchestrating the seamless daily operations of a high-end, multidisciplinary clinic specializing in advanced dermatology, medical aesthetics, and anti-aging wellness. This role demands a unique blend of clinical oversight and luxury service management, ensuring that every patient journey reflects the clinic's commitment to beauty from within through science and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Floor Management
- Oversee daily floor operations across all departments, including reception, nursing, and specialist consultation rooms.
- Manage patient flow to minimize wait times while maintaining a calm, upscale environment for premium treatments such as IV therapy and medical facials.
- Ensure the facility maintains the highest standards of neatness, clinical hygiene, and luxury aesthetics.
2. Staff Leadership & Performance
- Lead and monitor a diverse team of receptionists, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service.
- Maintain staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary to uphold clinic rules.
- Foster a collaborative family culture among medical experts (dermatologists, nutritionists) and support teams.
3. Patient Experience & Journey Optimization
- Enhance the end-to-end patient journey, from the initial greeting at the front desk to post-treatment follow-up and billing.
- Proactively resolve patient complaints and problems to maintain the clinic's reputation for excellence and trust.
- Implement personalized health and wellness plans in coordination with the medical team to ensure long-term patient satisfaction.
4. Supply Chain & Inventory Control
- Perform periodic stock checks and manage the procurement of medical supplies, aesthetic consumables, and nutrition products.
- Verify medical purchases and ensure all medications and treatment materials are within their expiry dates and replaced promptly.
5. Compliance & Strategic Growth
- Ensure strict adherence to operational policies and UAE healthcare regulations (e.g., Dubai Health Authority standards).
- Assist in initiating operational changes and process improvements to drive efficiency and financial performance.
- Collaborate with visionary leadership to align operational strategies with the clinic's mission of empowering women through science-led wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 57 years of experience in clinic management or high-end hospitality operations within the UAE.
- Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in dermatology, medical aesthetics, or a multidisciplinary wellness center is highly preferred.
- Skills: * Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution abilities for high-net-worth clientele.
- Proficiency in medical ERP systems and inventory management software.
