Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist to oversee day-to-day operations of our clinic branch. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between staff and patients, to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality service delivery, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Must be in New Cairo
  • Diploma in administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a clinic or medical front desk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiar with Social Media
  • Fluent in english & Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts.
  • Maintain and update patient records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Prepare and submit branch reports to management.
