Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist to oversee day-to-day operations of our clinic branch. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between staff and patients, to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be in New Cairo
- Diploma in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical front desk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and scheduling systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiar with Social Media
- Fluent in english & Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collect payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain and update patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Prepare and submit branch reports to management.
