We're looking for a results-driven clinic Sales Manager to lead our clinic sales team, drive revenue growth, coach the team, and ensure monthly sales targets are consistently achieved.

#Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales/Call Center team.
* Monitor daily performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
* Track KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity.
* Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance.
* Create action plans to maximize sales and customer conversion.
* Analyze reports and provide regular performance insights.
* Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
* 2–5 years of experience in Sales Management or Call Center Management.
* Previous experience in aesthetic clinics, medical centers, or healthcare is highly preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales reports is a plus.
