About Life Medical Centre

Life Medical Centre is a healthcare, wellness and aesthetic medical centre in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Sales Representative who can professionally manage patient inquiries, convert leads into appointments and treatments, follow up with existing and prospective patients, and maintain accurate records through our CRM system.

This is a sales-focused position, and we are specifically looking for someone with previous experience working in a medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, healthcare centre or similar healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website and other marketing channels.
• Respond to new inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Understand the patient's requirements and recommend appropriate clinic services.
• Convert inquiries into appointments, consultations and treatment bookings.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked.
• Follow up with previous patients for repeat treatments, packages, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Use the clinic's CRM system to manage leads, conversations, appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensure all leads are properly updated in the CRM with accurate status and notes.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and ensure no potential customer is missed.
• Explain treatment packages, promotions and prices professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses and reception staff regarding patient bookings.
• Contact old customer databases and reactivate previous patients.
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet agreed monthly sales, appointment and conversion targets.
• Maintain daily and weekly reporting of leads, appointments, conversions, pending leads and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, healthcare centre or similar healthcare business is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in clinic sales, telesales, patient coordination, customer service or lead conversion.
• Must be comfortable using a CRM system for lead management and follow-up.
• Strong experience handling WhatsApp, telephone and online inquiries.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Candidates whose native language is English will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with near-native or highly fluent professional English will also be considered.
• Confident speaking with patients and explaining services and treatment packages.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent follow-up ability.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn clinic software quickly.
• UAE healthcare or clinic experience is highly preferred.

The successful candidate should be confident, commercially minded and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups through CRM without losing potential customers.

Compensation

Competitive salary plus performance-based sales incentives/commission.

The final package will depend on the candidate's healthcare sales experience, communication skills and proven sales performance.
