Clinic Telesales

The Clinic Telesales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to inform potential and existing clients about clinic services, promotions, and appointment availability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain aesthetic services in an understandable, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads, upsell appropriate treatments, and work toward telesales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related abilities, such as quickly learning clinic services, following scripts and protocols, and adapting to new procedures and systems.
• Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or clinic/hospital reception is preferred; knowledge of aesthetic or beauty services is an advantage.
• Arab Speaker Required
