We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, managing medical conditions, and improving the quality of healthcare delivery. This includes monitoring patients, administering medications, keeping records, consulting with healthcare providers, and educating patients and their families on disease prevention and post-treatment care.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Conduct physical examinations and take health histories.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients conditions.
Coordination & Supervision
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Supervise and coach other nursing staff, LPNs, and aides.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports.
Education & Support
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education to patients and families.
- Offer emotional and psychological support.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and post-hospital care.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to infection-control protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital
