This role is responsible to supervise nursing staff, coordinate clinical operations, and ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and efficient patient care.

This role is responsible to supervise nursing staff, coordinate clinical operations, and ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and efficient patient care.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the line manager to allocate available resources to promote efficient, effective and compassionate nursing care.
- Collaborates with the line manager to ensure appropriate staffing for the current and the subsequent shifts.
- Provides input into executive level decisions and keeps nursing staff informed of executive level activities.
- Coordinates nursing services with the services of other health care disciplines/facility both internally and externally.
- Ensures appropriate orientation, education and continuous professional development for nursing staff.
- Documents, maintains and tracks clinical nursing related information, services provided and other related data in the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Contributes to research and development programs within the asset
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2+ years post-graduate Registered Nurse
- 2+ years in a senior charge nurse position, or equivalent
- Must have DOH License or DHA Active License
