Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and/or adults, while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
- Evaluate patients psychological, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and therapy.
- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records and reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, behavior specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and progress.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Follow professional, ethical, clinical, and organizational standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid professional classification and registration with the relevant Saudi healthcare authority.
- Previous clinical experience in psychological assessment and therapy.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
