Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and/or adults, while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
  • Evaluate patients psychological, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and therapy.
  • Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records and reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, behavior specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Follow professional, ethical, clinical, and organizational standards.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid professional classification and registration with the relevant Saudi healthcare authority.
  • Previous clinical experience in psychological assessment and therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
